The PIS system of Shenzhen Line 16, Foshan Line 3, and Huangshi Tramways, undertaken by Huaqi, was launched on the third line on December 28th, 2022, under the unified leadership and overall command of the owners and vehicle factories, making new contributions to the rail transit construction in Shenzhen, Foshan, and Huangshi.

Line 16 of the Shenzhen Metro


The first phase of the Shenzhen Rail Transit Line 16 with the Huaqi Intelligent PIS system begins at Dayun Station, travels through Longgang and Pingshan Districts, connects Dayun New City, Longgang Central City, and Pingshan Central Districts in series, and concludes at Tianxin Station. The project spans 29.2 kilometers and includes 24 stations, all of which are underground.


Line 16 trains are indigo blue, with a top speed of 80 kilometers per hour and six marshalling A trains. The body is made of large-area mirror material, the seat end plate is dolphin-shaped, the screen is curved with closed edges, and the screen shelf is shaped like a small fish, all of which are inspired by Shenzhen's coastal scenery.

Shenzhen Metro Line 16 is the second line in the Shenzhen market to use an unmanned PIS system, following the excellent performance of Shenzhen Line 12's unmanned PIS system. She also possesses the following characteristics:

Improve the information services available to passengers.


1. The train PIS system includes a 43-inch dynamic map screen that provides passengers with a more intuitive and comprehensive display of route information, emergency information, convenience information, and so on via a large display area and rich display interface, enhancing passengers' ride experience.


2. The train PIS system includes a 21-inch industrial LCD screen that can not only display media information and line operation information issued by the control center OCC in real time, but also provide passengers with rich media services. Furthermore, the equipment is anti-interference and anti-vibration, making it suitable for Shenzhen's subtropical climate.


Make vehicle system architecture safer.


1. The train PIS system meets the SIL2 safety level requirements, and the safety certification covers artificial broadcasting, OCC broadcasting, passenger alarm, and so on.


2. The train PIS system includes a passenger room camera, a pantograph camera, and a camera outside the car, among other features, to provide all-around safety monitoring of the carriage, driver's room, outside the car, and roof, as well as video storage capacity of up to 90 days, ensuring passengers' riding safety.


Improve operations' health management capabilities.


1. The train PIS system has been continuously innovated, from system design to research and development and production. While meeting the technical requirements of train GOA4 grade automatic unmanned driving, it has continually tapped the integration capabilities of the PIS system with the signal system, the TCMS system, the train management system, and the integrated monitoring system, in order to more intelligently realize OCC's remote information release and management of the train PIS system.


2. The train PIS system is capable of intelligent health management diagnosis, which can automatically upload information such as equipment status, fault, and diagnosis, and OCC can remotely control equipment to better serve operators.

Line 3 of the Foshan Metro


It is the third subway line in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, with a top speed of 100km/h. The first section (Shunde College Station-Zhen 'an Station) opened on December 28, 2022. It serves as Foshan's backbone express line in the north-south direction, and its logo is blue.


Foshan Metro Line 3 connects several important core nodes of commerce, education, science, and technology in Shunde, Chancheng, and Nanhai from south to north, and is the connecting line between Foshan central city and Daliang Rong Gui Group, Shishan Group, and Beijiao Chencun Group. In the future, it will connect Sanshui and Gaoming to the aforementioned important nodes, achieving the goal of substantial integration of the five districts through intercommunication and sharing of production factors, science and technology factors, business factors, and education factors.


Huaqi Intelligent's first line, Foshan Metro Line 3, serves Foshan residents. Huaqi Intelligent has configured a complete set of on-board PIS system for Foshan Metro Line 3 trains, realizing the broadcast, film and television broadcast, and video monitoring system of trains based on extensive project experience. The on-board PIS system serves as a "window" through which passengers can learn about the train. Passengers can receive information about the train's running station, train arrival and transfer reminders, emergency safety reminders, and so on. Passengers can enjoy train entertainment information, learn about the station, and receive safety notifications via the train broadcast system, among other things. The video monitoring system allows the train to ensure environmental safety, all-around monitoring of the train, and emergency monitoring linkage.

Huangshi tramcar


Huangshi tramcar is a demonstration line of tramcars built by the Huangshi government that primarily solves the problem of quick connection between the old and new cities, accelerates the development and construction of urban areas along the line, serves the evacuation of the old city population, and improves city quality.

Although Huangshi tramcar is beautiful on the outside, its interior is unmistakable, with a 43-inch dynamic map and a 27-inch hanging TV that is both dignified and luxurious. A lot of things happen inside and outside of the car broadcast system, inside and outside of the car display system, inside and outside of the car monitoring system.

Trains are divided into four modules. The first train supply will be finished on November 15th, 2022, with the first commissioning beginning on November 19th. It only takes six weeks for the trains to be operational. It is also inseparable from the close cooperation and seamless connection of Huaqi project team members, thanks to their cooperation and support.
