01. Hangzhou Metro Line 8

At 10:30 on June 28th, the first phase of Hangzhou Metro Line 8 equipped with Huaqi PIS was officially opened! The line starts at Wenhai South Road Station of Metro Line 1, runs through Qiantang District, and ends at Xinwan Road Station. It connects Xiasha, Hezhuang, Yipeng, Xinwan and other areas from west to east, with a total length of about 17.1 kilometers. The underground line has 9 stations, namely Wenhai South Road Station, Technology and Business University Yunbin Station, Qiaotoubao Station, Hezhuang Road Station, Qingxi 3rd Road Station, Qingliu Middle Road Station, Cangbeicun Station, Fenglou Village Station, Xin Wan Road Station. As the first subway line across the Jiangdong area, the first phase of Line 8 after its opening will basically form the subway network of the Jiangdong area together with the third phase of subway line 1 and line 7.

Line 8 trains are crimson red, with 4 motor 2 towing 6 cars, A-type aluminum alloy welded drum body, maximum operating speed of 100 km/h, and maximum passenger capacity of 2,460 people. There are 11 trains in the first phase of Hangzhou Metro Line 8, all of which were put into use on the first day of operation on the 28th.

02. Xuzhou Metro Line 3

At 10:58 on June 28, the first phase of Xuzhou Metro Line 3 was officially opened, marking the smooth realization of the "three-line network" operation of the first phase of the Xuzhou Metro construction project. The northern end of the first phase project of Xuzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 3 starts at Xiadian Station, passes through Xuzhou Railway Station, Huaihai Square, Zhaishan Area, University of Mining and Technology, Tongshan New District, and ends at Pioneer Park Station on the north side of Lianhuo Expressway. The line is about 18.13km in length, with 16 stations, all of which are underground stations, of which 5 are transfer stations, which respectively transfer at Xuzhou Railway Station Station and Line 1, and Heping Road Station and Plan Line 5, Huaita East Transfer to Line 2 at Road Station, transfer to Line 4 at Nansanhuan Station, and transfer to Line 4 at Tongshan Sub-center Station. The first phase of the Xuzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 3 project will initially have 20 trains and 4 marshalling vehicles.
